The EOT Lantern is a red lantern used to mark the end of a train (EOT). It is a weak, handheld omnidirectional red light source. The EOT lantern can be attached to an empty coupler by clicking on it while holding the EOT Lantern.
The EOT Lantern must be lit using the Lighter. The brightness can be adjusted by turning a piece of wire on the base of the lantern. You can buy 3 EOT Lanterns in total, and they are sold at the Machine Factory & Town Shop. It was added as part of the Simulator update.
