Flashlight

The Flashlight is an item that provides a cone of light in front of the user. It can be toggled on and off to save power, as it's powered by batteries charged from solar power. It's current level of charge is indicated by the power bar with green, yellow, and red lights. It can be used underwater. It can be charged using the charger in the caboose. It was released as part of the Simulator update.
